Michael is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of MSD Partners, L.P.’s Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield and Bank Loans, and member of the Cross-Sector Strategy team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”). He joined GSAM in 2010 with responsibility for leading GSAM’s team of high yield and leveraged loan professionals and directing leverage finance solutions for institutional clients worldwide. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Michael was a Partner at Lord Abbett with responsibility for directing high yield investment strategies. He joined Lord Abbett in 1997 after spending five years at BEA Associates as a Vice President, high yield bond trader and securities analyst. Mr. Goldstein earned an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a CFA charterholder.
Josh is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of MSD Partners, L.P.’s Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, he was a Managing Director on the High Yield and Distressed Sales team at J.P. Morgan from 2002-2019. Immediately prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Neren was Chief Financial Officer for a golf technology startup. Prior to that, he spent six years as a Managing Director on the High Yield Sales team at Bear Stearns. He began his career in the Corporate Finance group at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Jefferies & Co. Mr. Neren earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a General Course Degree from the London School of Economics.
David is a Senior Analyst at Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously, he was a Principal of MSD Partners, L.P.’s Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, he was a Managing Director at Searchlight Capital Partners focused on their credit opportunities fund. Formerly, David was a Senior Analyst at Warlander Asset Management which was co-founded in 2016 by one of his partners from MatlinPatterson Global Advisers where he was a Partner and Head of Research for MatlinPatterson’s Global Opportunities Fund. Earlier, he spent 6 years as an investment banker providing advisory services focused on restructuring and recapitalizations. Most of that time was spent at Jefferies & Company and he joined Moelis & Company in 2008 to help launch their restructuring practice. Mr. Groban received a B.S. from Wake Forest University.
Andrew is the Chief Financial Officer of Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously he served the same function at MSD Partners, L.P.’s for the Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, he was Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at A6 Capital Management. Immediately prior to joining A6, Andrew was Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Bronson Point Management LLC, designing, implementing and managing the operational and accounting infrastructure of an equity hedge fund from inception. In addition, he ran the family office for the Founder of Bronson Point. Prior to Bronson Point, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Archview Investment Group, LP, implementing and managing the operational and accounting infrastructure of a fixed income hedge fund from inception. Prior to Archview, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Carlyle-Blue Wave (CBW), a multi-strategy hedge fund from its inception. Prior to CBW, he was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of H/2 Capital Partners, a fixed income real estate investment fund, from its inception. Prior to H/2, he spent eight years as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Ramius Capital. Andrew was a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton in their hedge fund practice. Andrew was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in investment partnerships and assisted in building the Investment Partnership group at Ernst & Young. Mr. Strober began his accounting career at Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon & Co, and received a B.S. in Accounting and Business from Muhlenberg College.
Chris is a junior trader and quantitative analyst at Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously, he served the same roles for MSD Partners, L.P.’s Alpine Credit Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, Chris worked as an Associate at PGIM Fixed Income and as a Quantitative Finance Analyst at Bank of America. Chris also worked as a Financial Analyst at Phoenix Tower International and as a Junior Analyst at SJO Worldwide. Chris earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a M.S in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Tech. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Jenna is Head of Business Development for Bracco Asset Management LP. Previously, she held the same role at MSD Partners, L.P.’s for the Alpine Credit Opportunity Fund. Prior to joining MSD Partners, she was Head of Business Development at A6 Capital Management where she oversaw business development, marketing and investor relations for the firm. Immediately prior to A6, Jenna was Head of Partner Relations at Sunriver Management with similar responsibilities. Previously, Jenna was Director at Merritt Capital where she was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and led both investment and operational diligence on the firm’s investments. Prior to Merritt, Jenna was a consultant at JAT Capital from where she led several firm-wide initiatives in marketing, operations, and technology. Jenna began her career as an equity trader at Needham & Company and subsequently Credit Suisse. Jenna earned a B.S. in Physics from Harvard College.
